Demo Importing Problem

    Hello There,
    I am facing the demo importing problem on the multisite of WordPress with your Starter Templates. I have attached the screenshot. [screenshot]

    The server is running well and we didn’t configure any issue regarding export or import. Would you please share what can be the root cause of it?

    For the “No route found” error, it seems the Starter Template ID is not being fetched correctly from our servers.

    To fix the same, can you try syncing the library once that should resolve this issue? Here’s an article to help you with the steps – https://wpastra.com/docs/sync-starter-templates/
