demo content without pagebuilder

  • is there a way to add the demo content(services, testimonials, clients, employees, projects) without using the siteorigin pagebuilder?

    The Sydney demo site shows different sections for services, employees, clients, projects, testimonials. Their tutorial videos show how to add these sections on your pages using the siteorigin pagebuilder.
    My problem is that I am not using the siteorigin pagebuilder. I would like to add these sections to my pages without using the siteorigin pagebuilder.
    Is there an alternative way to add these sections without using the siteorigin pagebuilder?
