    I tried to install a free version but got following error (I have the latest WordPress installation):

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Warning: require_once(class.ez_functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bestphon/public_html/worldhotels/wp-content/plugins/ez-form-calculator/class.ezfc_backend.php on line 3
