Deminsions Not On Block Options

Hello, I am highly confused. I have one generate press site with a group block, then shortcode inside that block. When I highlight the group I have dimensions options to edit on the side for width by pixel. On another generate press site, I have the same setup but no dimensions option when trying to edit the block. What do I do to get this?
