Delivery Zone by radius

  • Hi!
    I have a problem, I am settting a Delivery Zone by radius of 10 km but when i′m in the checkout it won’t function and I made it critical.
    Any ideas why it wont work?

    Hello, can you make sure
    in settings for “Opciones de envío” that “Ocultar los gastos de envío hasta que se introduzca una dirección” is not enabled.
