Delivery type after selecting payment method

  • I would like to set a different relation between the delivery type and the payment method.

    I want people who selected a wire transfer method to be able to use free shipping only.

    People who selected payment upon recieving the package should have a 30$ Courier option only.

    How can I set it up?
