    Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, you are referring to a settings screen, found at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Advanced Free Shipping. Correct?

    Just to clarify, that screen is enabled by a plugin/code outside what is available with the core WooCommerce functionality.

    Feel free to get in touch with the support channel of the developers of that functionality, as they would be in a better position to assist you.
