Delivery Radius Accept Beyond it’s limit

    Currently we have enable the option up to 7.5 Kms range of delivery to the customer, but this ordering accept the 15 kms range I don’t know what was the issue, pls help us, currently it’s in production environment…

    Hello, is the 15kms it accepts radius or driving distance?

    From Store address We have accept the range of 7.5Km radius, beyond that we don’t accept the orders for delivery. But when I check with addresses some of them having 15 kms also it shows available for delivery we currently use Food Online Premium plugin…

    23/102 Crimea Road, Marsfield New South Wales 2122, Australia this address is from our store is 15 kms, but it accept the order but our range is 7.5km..

    Radius works like a circle around the store address. 15km is the road distance provided by google. To use road distance instead you need the premium version.

    unable to understand what you are exactly saying..eventhough if it’s circle i need to accept only 7.5 kms range, how to achieve this.. confusing..

    Yes but this address is whithin 7.5km radius (circle). It’s the car road distance that is
    15km.
