    Hi,

    In the cart, when the customer indicates a city and a postal code for estimated shipping costs, an error message is displayed: delivery options not found. When I refresh the page the message disappears and the correct shipping costs are displayed. How to solve this update problem?

    When I deactivate Fish & chips, the shipping costs are updated automatically

    Hi, @goodigital, sorry for the delay!

    Are you using some third party plugin to setup customised fields like size, weight, etc. that you’re using in the Fish and Ships rules? Maybe aren’t compatible.

    To debug it, please, activate the log system, in the bottom of the method settings, and do the steps again to reproduce the bug. Then, refresh log pane, expand the two calculations: the right and the bad, and compare which rule are doing unexpected results, and why.
