  • Hi there @xcaiop ??

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

    Delivery options do not appear

I added 3+ delivery options, whether flat rate, motorcycle courier, jadlog but only post offices (PAC and SEDEX) work

From what I gather, this is related to the shipping plugin’s set up, currently installed at your store.

Feel free to reach out to its support channel, as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

But these options are from Woocomerce itself.

    1- fixed rate
    2- pick up on site

    Hi @xcaiop

Could you please ensure that these options (Flat rate and local pickup) are correctly configured in your WooCommerce settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Zones? Each shipping method should be added to a Shipping Zone and enabled for it to appear at checkout.

If you’ve already done this and still experiencing issues, it might be due to a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme. To rule this out, please try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One. If the problem resolves, you can then enable your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

So, I added this in a specific zip code in BRAZIL and it doesn’t appear.

    Hi @xcaiop,

Could you please ensure that the zip code you’ve added is correctly formatted and falls within the defined shipping zone? If it’s outside the zone, the delivery options won’t appear.

Next, ensure that shipping methods (like Flat Rate, Local Pickup) are correctly configured for that specific shipping zone. You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones.

If everything is set up correctly and you still face issues, it could be due to a plugin conflict. I recommend disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront. If the problem resolves, you can then enable your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists. We’re here to assist you!

So in my case the following is happening, the 1 print is from the two areas I have. The first covers the whole of Brazil and has 3 shipping options. The second includes a specific city in BH (for pick up and fixed rate/motoboy) but when I enter the zip code of the specific city it doesn’t go to the 2nd condition, it only stays in the first

    Hi @xcaiop

    Thanks for the screenshots.

Since the first to match the customer address is always used can you switch the shipping zones and check if it works?

It worked, I have to add Sedex, PAC and JadLog deliveries again, on top, correct?in both options, because if he matches above there will only be those options

    It worked

Great! Thank you for letting me know ??

I have to add Sedex, PAC and JadLog deliveries again, on top, correct?

Generally speaking, WooCommerce shipping zone matching mechanism takes the address entered in the cart and checks if it matches the defined shipping zones starting from the top to the bottom of the shipping zones list. Therefore, you’d want to sort the shipping zones starting from?the narrowest at the top?of the list to?the widest at the very bottom.

I’ll mark this topic as solved for now. Please feel free to open a new topic if you have any other questions.

    Cheers!
