Delivery option sometimes disappears

  • Hi,

    I wanted to ask if an issue where one of the delivery options doesn’t have a dropdown menu at times is related to caching? Parcel terminal location dropdown sometimes appears right away, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes have to refresh 2 times before it appears. Not sure how to fix this. Do I need to exclude Cart from caching or something like that?

    EDIT: Apparently “Cart” page is excluded from caching already, so it’s still a mystery.

    did the problem start to appear after using wp fastest cache? is the problem solved when you disable wp fastest cache?

    It’s been happening for some time now. At first I thought it’s related to my theme that I’m using, but the theme author said that I should disable WP Fastest Cache to see if it fixes the issues. I tested it just now.

    Checked to make sure the issue exists that I cannot see the dropdown. Disabled the plugin, ctrl+F5’d my shop and tried again, the issue is gone.

    can you disable all the checkboxes except the “Cache System” option and clear all cache please?

    Steps I took:
    1. Enabled WP Cache, unticked what you asked and cleared all cache
    2. Checked if the dropdown in Kohaletoimetamine works here
    3. It did not
    4. Tried in incognito, didn’t work there either
    Worth mentioning maybe that sometimes it does work after 3-4 refreshes, sometimes it doesn’t.

    I do not think that it is caused by wp fastest cache.

    Try this:

    1. Add this product to cart by clicking the “Osta kohe” button
    2. Then add random information OR click “Kohaletoimetamine” from the top
    3. This is where you see 2 transport options, the bottom one “DPD” needs to have a dropdown menu, which it does sometimes but not other times and seems random

    the page is not served via cache due to adding a product.
