Delivery option not connected with dpd plugin

    Hi,

    I have a problem with a shop. He connected with a marketplace by Product Feed Pro plugin and all is good. But recently we have change delivery provider and therefore plugin to manage shipping. Now we use “DPD” but the order does not go back into the plugin because the delivery method does not select the correct one and remains on the old one.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately our plugin hasn’t been made compatible with the “DPD” shipping plugin so you will not be able to get those shipping zones and methods into your product feed.

    Would it be an option for you to manually configure them in your Google merchant center directly?
