delivery note note not updating

    Hi, when I add an order manually in woocommerce the delivery note doesn’t show the customers billing and shipping address unless I log out and log back in again (seems to be OK in other pdfs eg invoice)

    Also if I update the quantity of products on an order, again this doesn’t update on the delivery note unless I log out and log back in again

    I’ve tried clearing the cache and it still happens

    Have you seen this before? Hope you can help

    Hi @macpheek,

    We have tested the scenario in multiple testing environments but couldn’t replicate any such issues.

    As such, this could be a site-specific issue. Kindly try disabling all other plugins in your site except woocommerce and our plugin and see if the issue persists.
