Delivery methods per product and exclusion of delivery methods

Hello,

I need the option of specifying shipping methods for each product individually (e.g. no possibility of shipping valuable goods via the cheapest delivery option).
It is for me to exclude my options. In order to understand the scenario:
We have shipping methods A, B, and C. There are two items in the cart – X, Y. Product X is to have the possible delivery options A and B.
Product Y is to have the possible delivery options B and C.

As a result, the customer should only have a B-only delivery option.

I’m not sure these plugins do this. I haven’t found my case in documentation or forums.

Will these plugins solve the case? Or should I use a different plug? how can I do this?
