    I started getting this error more frequently now. I have two Delivery countries on WordPress – Portugal and Spain – and every once in a while, all details for delivery in Portugal disappear from the Merchant Center, making all my products disappear.

    My solution has been creating a custom delivery inside the Merchant Center but after a day or two it says again “Handled by WooCommerce”.

    The problem is only happening in Portugal. Spain has never had this problem.

    I understand you’re experiencing issues with your delivery settings for Portugal syncing on your WooCommerce store.

    I checked your status report and could not notice any issue that could warrant your delivery details not to sync correctly.

    Hi ckadenge,

    I don’t think the issue could be theme related since the theme is not involved.

    The sync between Woo and Merchant Center looks like it’s the problem, since that with one country there’s 0 problems and with another there’s problems every once in a while.

    Hey @madebyuh,

    It sounds like you’ve configured the plugin to automatically sync your store’s shipping rates, and at the same time manually defined your shipping rates in Google Merchant Center. If that’s the case, the plugin will override the rates in GMC.

    Here’s what I recommended:

    • Go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads, under Programs, click “Edit”
    • In the Shipping rates section, ensure it’s set to “My shipping settings are complex” That’ll ensure manually defined rates in GMC are used and prevent the extension from syncing your store’s rate.

    Hello Shameem,

    Thank you for your help. I’ve configured them manually this morning after the problem appeared yesterday. For me, it would be better to leave all that to GMC to sync. I’ll try to delete information from GMC and try to reset Shipping rates section on Google Listings & Ads.

    I tried to delete all delivery info from GMC and then sync it again but only 1 region was imported… Something must be wrong with the syncing for multiple delivery countries.

    Let’s circle back to your initial question to get a clearer picture of the situation. Did you set up this delivery area in the shipping zone? Do Portugal and Spain each have their own separate shipping zones? Can you share a screenshot showing all your shipping zones? Because the shipping settings in the plugin are based on the shipping zones you have configured in WooCommerce.

    Also, are these two countries added to your target country: Google merchant > Product > Feeds > Content API >Target countries?

    Additionally, could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Select Get System Report and Download for Support. This will download a TXT file containing the SSR’s contents to share with us.

    You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

    Thank you for the next steps, here’s the replies to your questions:

    First point: When I opened this support ticket I shared this screenshot of the Woo Shipping Settings: (https://snipboard.io/Mo9fgH.jpg). This is all I’ve defined in WooCommerce. After that GMC gets the data from Woo, I believe.

    So that we can be able to understand your shipping settings properly. Could you please share if you are using advanced cost or shipping classes, what’s the free shipping requirement in your settings?

    Also, what’s the selected shipping rate in Google Listings & Ads?

    It is also important to note that:

    • Only flat rates and free shipping can be synced via Google Listing & Ads.
    • Advanced costs?aren’t supported.

    I don’t understand the next question, what info do you need and where can I find it, please?

    We only use flat rates and free shipping?and we don’t use advanced costs.
