Delivery fee for orders

My client wants to offer delivery of her products instead of shipping. Her customer base is local so it makes sense.

How can I add a delivery option and additional fee at checkout time?

How can the customer specify a delivery date at checkout time? All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.

Will the WooCommerce Order Delivery plugin work for this?
