Delivery Dates not enabled

  • We’re using the plugin to limit the numbers of people coming to pick up trees so we can apply social distancing measures to our program.

    The plugin was easy to install and set up, but, when we get to the checkout form, the options are all greyed out instead of being active.

    Did we miss something in our setup of the plugin? What do we need to do differently?
