Delivery date / time option only in specific shipping zone

I offer local delivery in my geographic area, and also shipping by Fedex and other shipping companies to further areas. Can I set up the plugin so the option to pick the delivery date / time is only available when they are in the shipping zone eligible for local delivery? Thanks!
