• Hi

    changing the billing address is working fine in our installation, but when I want to change and save the delivery address nothing happens. The new data is not saved.

    The plugins are all updated. How can we fix this issue?

    Hi,
    We have tested BuddyCommerce with BuddyPress 10.0, WordPress 5.9 and WooCommerce 6.1.1.

    The address update for shipping and billing both works fine for us.

    Can you please provide me a list of your active plugins and active theme/template pack. That may help us understand the reason.

    My best guess is this is caused by Youzify. This plugin has not been playing nice with many of our addons for BuddyPress.

    I will suggest testing by temporarily disabling it and clearing cache.

    thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the deactivation didn’t help. We deactivated all Yozify plugin, cleared the cache and tried to change the address again, but it still isn’t possible to save it.

    Any other idea what it could be?

    Can you please confirm that you deactivated the “youzify” too.

    If yes, Please share me a screenshot of your BuddyCommerece settings(specially for the address tab settings).

    I deactivated the following plugins and cleared the cache. It didn’t help to solve the issue:

    I am sorry, I am not sure which other plugin can cause it. Your Buddyommerce settings are correct. I don’t see any issue with that.

    Do you have a staging server? If yes, Please disable all plugins except BuddyPress, WooCommerce, BuddyCommerce and swith to WordPress default theme.

    Do you still see the issue? If not, Please try activating the plugins one by one and checking it. Please let me know if you are able to find the conflicting plugin or code and I will make sure they are compatible.

    thank you for the feedback. We disabled all plugins except BuddyPress, WooCommerce, BuddyCommerce and switched to a WordPress default theme. Unfortunately the issue still appears and we can’t change the shipping address.

    Any other idea how we can fix this?
