Delivers what it promises with great support

My experience using Connections as a directory plugin has been outstanding for a couple of reasons.

First, this plugin works exactly as described by the developer. It does exactly what it says it will do and does it well. Connections delivers on its promise. If you need a solid plugin for a directory on your site, Connections will do the job.

Second, Steven Zahm is clearly committed to providing outstanding support. As a junior developer, I submitted a support request while testing the free version. After many poor experiences trying to get meaningful support from other plugin developers, I was prepared for the worst. Steven responded quickly with feedback that got me right where I needed to be.

Having gotten past the initial hump, I purchased the addons and a premium template. In short time, using the CSV importer, I had imported 150+ users into the Connections directory and had it up and running.

The combination of a highly functional plugin along with Steven’s quick responses and willingness to help with the details make for an outstanding experience with Connections. Highly recommended.
