• Hello Sanjiv,

    Trust you are well.

As there are now several posts here, with conflicting information about if and when the next release will be made, I take the liberty of starting a discussion here…

Please would you be so kind as to indicate when the next release can be expected?

Also, please can you confirm if the next release will include the auto snap to location on map feature?

As you know, we have been discussing this feature (and waiting) for over a year now.

Please take this as constructive criticism…

You provide a good plugin. Well done. However, you over-promise… and under-deliver.

In private conversation, you are quick to quote on function requests… and state that the function will be “IMMEDIATELY implemented”.

When we push back a bit and politely suggest that we would rather see the function first… and THEN happily pay for it… you state that it will be “included in the next release”.

Over a year later… and we are still waiting.

Yes, you are fully entitled to decide the destiny of your plugin, but herewith some friendly advise from an old-timer…

You are doing yourself, and your professional reputation, a disservice. Not to mention depriving yourself of revenue, that would instantly come your way, should you follow through on your promises.

Please say what you do…. and do as you say.

    I hope this feedback helps.

    Cheers,

    Herby

    Hi Herby,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Actually, we are working on our next version with this feature auto snap location on Map View. This version will be released next weekend. And sorry for not releasing it on time that we mentioned to you. This is due to some issues that we faced here and this will not happen in the future.

    Thanks for Understanding

    Thanks for your response Sanjiv.

More importantly, thank you for taking the constructive criticism well. I appreciate that software development can be challenging.

I’m pleased that things are on track now, and we look forward to the release next week.

We will include pro upgrades accordingly, in our June budget. We’re happy to pay for your hard work.

    Cheers,

    Herby
