Delivered Email: Showing shipment tracking info incorrectly

    Hi,

    For the setting of – On which order status email to include the shipment tracking info? I have just selected Shipped

    I have enabled Delivered status and in this email, I have UNCHECKED Display tracking details

    Yet I am seeing Shipment Tracking info being sent in this Delivered email.

    I do not want Shipment tracking details to be sent in the Delivered email. How do I fix this?

    Hi @koolpal,

    I have checked this and we didn’t replicate this issue. I did uncheck Display tracking details in the delivered email customizer and tracking details is not showing in delivered email.
    You might be running into conflicts with your theme or another plugin. Switch your theme to the basic theme. Then, if the issue still keeps happening, try turning off other plugins one by one until the problem disappears. The last one that you turned off before the problem is fixed is the one conflicting.

    Thanks for replying.

    I did this exercise and weirdly once I deactivated & reactivated ALL plugins one-by-one EVEN I could not reproduce this issue.
