    Hello,

I have a problem receiving requests made from my Metform form installed on the https://cindyaddict.fr/mise-en-beaute-coiffage/ page. I’m not receiving the requests by e-mail.

However, on my Contact page, I have a form created with the Forminator extension and when I make a request on this form, the requests arrive there.

I deduce that the problem isn’t with WP’s email server but with Metform, don’t you think? Can you please help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Everything is set up correctly, as shown in your video.

I also referred to your document and everything is OK. I just didn’t install the WP Mail SMTP plugin because I consider that if the emails arrive correctly when I submit my form created with Forminator on this site, it’s not the WP mail server that’s at fault. Do you agree with me?

    Dear @alexisfontana74,

I hope this message finds you well & extremely sorry for the delayed response.

In our development environment, MetForm sends email notifications properly. Since you are not receiving email notifications, we suggest setting up SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) correctly. Ensure that your SMTP settings are properly configured for your website. You can use an SMTP checkup plugin to test and verify the configuration. This should help resolve the issue of not receiving inquiry notifications in your email. I hope this clarifies the matter.

Let me know if you have any other queries or clarifications.

    Best Regards,
    Reju

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I consider that if the emails arrive correctly when I submit my form created with Forminator on this site, it’s not the WP mail server that’s at fault. Do you agree with me?

Do I still need to configure WP Mail SMTP to put SMTP data from the host?

    Dear @alexisfontana74,

I hope this message finds you well and understand your concern. We have encountered a similar issue before, which was due to the SMTP setup. I have sent you a few instructions, and you confirmed that you have followed them, except for the SMTP setup. Therefore, I request you to set up the SMTP. Once the SMTP is set up, I hope your issue will be resolved. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Let me know if you have any other queries or clarifications.

    Good evening,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I installed WP Mail SMTP and configured the SMTP of the host. But for the moment the configuration doesn’t work. Emails leave but don’t arrive and I tested on 2 addresses: hotmail and gmail.

I’m also talking to the host to find a solution to the problem.

    Best regards,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that if you properly configure the SMTP, you will receive the emails. Since you are not receiving emails, it seems the SMTP configuration might not be correct. Please ensure it is set up properly, and you can also seek assistance from your server provider. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
