Deliver training video weekly?

Hi, I would like to know what’s the best way to go about this:

1) The user enrolls for training by paying a fee, there can be multiple courses.
2) Each new lesson video content is delivered every week with notification based on user join date.
3) The video content can be streamed on a browser or downloaded.

Note: For course enrolment. Create membership with a specific role or separate membership. Or preferably option to log in to course page with just email.
