Deli child theme Storefront theme, Mobile version not functioning properly

now the mobile version is not functioning

What does that mean? It’s working fine in my development installs and here.

Main page does not display full width

What is the ‘Main page’? Do you mean the homepage? Again, this is working just fine for me.

single product pages are not clickable

Not sure what you mean again here. Do you mean you can’t click through to the single product pages?

Yeah, I need to see a URL to diagnose what’s going on here ??

The home page of the mobile version doesn’t load to full width as it used to before yesterday’s update

When we move to single product page a layer appears through out along the heights of the side bar widget items

Hey,

There are styles in your stylesheet that are not in the actual Deli theme. It seems that someone has edited the core files of the theme which is generally a bad idea as it causes issues like this.

I recommend reinstalling Deli without your modifications. That should fix most of your issues.

From there, I recommend using our Theme Customisations plugin to make your customisations going forwards.

It might seem like a lot of work but it will protect you from this ever happening again.

Of course your other option would be to roll back to old versions of the themes, but I wouldn’t recommend that.

Hey,

For minimum disruption you have a couple of choices. Either way, you will need to re-upload a fresh download of the latest version of Deli via FTP.

If anyone tries to visit your site whilst the upload is happening they might see errors.

To avoid this you can;

* Activate a different theme (IE Storefront Core) temporarily.
* Use a maintenance mode plugin.
