Deleting WP User issue

Please make sure, you have latest version of SupportCandy. We have introduced the new feature “Delete Customer” in the latest version.

Also, make sure you are deleting the customer from Support > Customer. This way you can delete customer entry as well as tickets.

If this is not the case then please create a ticket on our Support Portal for further debugging.

Thanks for reply, my plugin version is 3.2.3

I confirm you that on deleting user from wordpress.. (not from plugin > support > customer) , supportcandy is not deleting customer and his ticket.

I solved creating manually hook and a lot of codes to match userid, customer_id and while data inside plugin.

Anyway, i don’t setup GDPR inside supportcandy because ticket system are available only for member customer, that already confirm his gdpr on sign-up.

Thanks for getting back.

It is unnecessory to use custom code to delete customer data. You can do it using inbuild functionality. If you delete the customer from Support > Customers then it will automatically delete data from DB.

you’re right, but if customer delete itself (deleting account), why his info continue to be stored inside database? should be removed automatically.

The customer data will not be deleted automatically as there are dependency of tickets and other info of Customer. So we purpose fully give authority to Administrotor of Customer records manually.
