    This is a mult-site with woocommerce. There are over 31,000 users.

    Role = customer
    Older than = 999 days
    Limit = I have tried 100, 500, 1000

    Sure, max_execution_time is 30 seconds, memory_limit is 128M. I will increase those and try again, thx.

    I increased timeout to 90 seconds, and memory to 256M, and that did not help. It seemed to run longer, but very few users were actually deleted, if any.

    Hello @halburgissnet ,

    Thanks for providing the information, can you increase the memory limit set to 512M and the timeout limit set to 300+, so that the plugin can delete the data without a timeout error? you can see the attention notice about timeout and memory limit in the post-delete section.

    Also, you can contact us here.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi @halburgissnet ,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, We are using the standard WordPress function to delete users which deletes user related all data and caches when deleting users so there will be no junk data.
    It takes more time to delete all related data like user meta, comments, posts, links, and cache for each of them so it takes time. Best way to schedule delete and it will keep deleting.

    You can also contact us here so we can check and improve it.

    I have increased php memory limit to 512 and timeout to 600. It runs much longer now and deletes some users. But I get an nginx 504 timeout error now. Any ideas?
