Deleting uploads only by administrator

    Hi Lynton,
    I am trying your nice plugin “Work The Flow File Upload”.
    It is nearly doing everything what I want,
    1. Upload Files by registered users
    2. Download Files for the public+registered users.
    But these files can be deleted by everyone,
    I want them to be deleted only by the administrator.
    Is there a simple solution to get rid of the “delete” icon?
    Or is there any workaround? Does this also happen with the PRO version?

    No, each user has there own set of files which they can upload or delete until they are happy with what they submit.

    If you are using a workflow to house the uploads then you can remove the back button after a certain point in a workflow so that users cannot go back and modify their files after passing a certain stage of the workflow. You can use the wtf_showfiles shortcode to show their files without allowing them to modify them in these latter stages of you like.
    This is how the demo workflow works so have a look at that if you haven’t already.

    Thanks for your immediate response! Unfortunately I don’t understand this demo workflow. Is there any shortcut which allows uploading without viewing the previous uploaded files like? And when I use [wtf_fu_upload] I don get any titles.
    I really do appreciate your help!
