Hi. I added some test orders, and all worked really well. But went in to delete them, and they are showing as minus in the sold column on the post page.

Is there a way to reset sold to 0?

    Many thanks

I’ve heard other reports like this, but have not been able to reproduce it.

Can you be more detailed about your exact process?

    Thanks for responding.

After creating the test entries, I moved the payments (from the Payments screen) into the bin. Then checked back on the post page. The Sold column then had -1.

I then restored the payments, the Sold column still had -1. Moving them back into the bin, changed the Sold column to -6

I have since reset to 0 by manually editing the _mt_registration_options record in the post_meta table for the posts.

    Thanks

-1 was probably a math error; I’ll check that over. I didn’t get the same result, but I can see that.

Moving payments back does not restore tickets, so trashing them a second time would have the impact of removing the tickets a second time, so that second result makes sense.

How many test tickets had you sold?
