In order to further investigate this matter, could you please provide us with the error message that you received during the plugin deletion process? This would help us identify any underlying issues and provide you with the appropriate solution.
Furthermore, we would like to bring to your attention that the Everest Forms plugin has a feature to delete all the data of the plugin on deletion. We recommend trying this feature by navigating to Everest Forms > Settings > Misc and selecting the option to delete all data on uninstall. Please check the link below for reference.

This will delete the plugin data remaining after the plugin is deleted.
