So how can I confirm either of those options is happening?

I’m having a hard time understanding why you’re wanting to do this if you’re not using Cache Enabler. Simply delete all the data I’ve provided you and you’re all set.

However, if you’d like to do this then you can proceed by checking for hidden files in the directories related to Cache Enabler and/or ensuring that your server permissions for those same directories are 755 (or greater).

Well I’m still using Cache Enabler on websites without Cloudflare once it is ready/ I may migrate to Cloudflare, but in the mean time is just a test WordPress installation

Thanks!! Will take a look into it ?? and report back

Instead of me hunting these leftovers are there any way to check whats going on and why is not uninstalling properly, and therefore be fixed?

Okey I may have discoverted how to fix this:
    1. Enable & clear cache: Create an additional cached version for mobile devices.
    2. Disable and clear cache for the same setting.
Yet this should be fixed, let me know if I can help on that in any way.

This is unrelated to Cache Enabler. In the options table the row containing the option_name recently_activated is handled by WordPress. It indicates plugins that have been recently activated. It’s not an option controlled by Cache Enabler.

This is again unrelated to Cache Enabler. In the options table the row containing the option_name uninstall_plugins is from WordPress. It contains information for WordPress to uninstall a plugin. It’s also not an option controlled by Cache Enabler. It’s updated by the uninstall_plugin() function by WordPress. If the option_value is emptied manually it will be repopulated by WordPress. Please refer to my previous responses as it contains all of the data Cache Enabler adds and deletes as of version 1.7.2.

Okey I wasn’t sure they were so this was just in case.
