Hi I am using WooCommerce and doing edits . I generated variables using 3 attributes Size and Description and Bracelets, I got a bunch so I need to remove the ones not used. I am still waiting 14 min as of this post time. How do I fix this, if I try to go elsewhere I get a 403 msg.

It has now been over 2 hours with this page still giving me the loading circle, is there anyone out there? I get asked by your AI would I recommend WooCommerce and WordPress to my friends….my answer only if I don’t like them. How can a page load for over 2 hr just to delete one entry in the database? I will shut the window soon so can someone take a look at it? 2hr 20 min and I am tired of waiting so I will figure out how to try and edit without your help. I still think you all need to find out why this happened.

    Hello ?? @newageemporium,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve been experiencing with the page load time. That’s certainly not the experience we want you to have.

It’s unusual for a page to load for such a long time, especially when performing a simple task such as deleting attributes. I would recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to rule out any server or plugin related issues:

    1. First and foremost, clear your browser cache and cookies. (Please be sure to have a backup in place before proceeding with the steps below).
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and try making the edits again to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, reactivate one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    3. Check with your hosting provider to ensure there are no server-side issues.

Let us know if the problem persists after trying these steps, so we can investigate further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I have done as asked but the problem remains, it may be related to Action Scheduler errors I am getting. I am not sure as I am not a coder or tech, I posted about that as well. This all started about the same time. I reached out to Hostinger before posting here and they told me to do the same steps and it did not work then either. I have done all your steps several times.

    Hi @newageemporium,

Thank you for sharing an update on this.

Do you mind sharing the error messages or screenshots of the error messages? This way, we can try to investigate the issue even further.
