Deleting Site doesn't function.

I had this same issue with users but thought that it was an issue with an Active Directory plugin I was using. Now it’s extending to site functionality.

I created a site, decided to delete it, deactivate it, whatever doesn’t seem to matter it says

Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again.

The Please try again link goes back to the site list (as it went back to the users list in my last post). So I’m not sure what’s going on.

I am logged in as the lead administrator of the multisite installation. I am attempting to delete or deactivate the site on the network admin dashboard. Not sure whats going on.
