• The last couple of times I’ve updated the plugin it seems to delete my shipping methods in Google Merchants, leading to all products being disabled as they now lack a shipping method.

    Thank you, I think I set “Shipping rates” to the recommended, but it doesn’t seem to work. So it makes sense that it tries to sync my rates and then deletes my rates at Merchants, but doesn’t add new rates.

    I could try to change this setting to “My shipping settings are simple…”, but I can’t find where to change this now.

    Where do I find this setting?

    Hi @oakidoaki,

    If I understand correctly, you’ve manually defined your rates in Google Merchant Center, correct?

    If that’s the case, note that selecting the Recommended shipping option in Google Listings & Ads means that WooCommerce’s shipping rates should be used – this option will override rates defined in GMC. If your goal is to define your rates directly in GMC, you should set the shipping option to the Complex option.

    That can be done in Marketing > Google Listings & Ads, under Programs, click “Edit”, locate the Shipping Rates section and set it to “Complex”.

    If you mean that you’ve set the shipping option to Recommended but your WooCommerce rates aren’t being automatically synced to GMC, please confirm so we can help further.
