I really want this plugin to be the one, but – and with many WordPress plugins/themes, most of my time is spent on finding debugs, alas. However, the plugin doesn’t delete MySQL entries on deleting plugin. Trying to find the reason for error after default location by doing clean installs of plugin and not tinker in phpMyAdmin.

    Hi,

GeoDirectory is installed on over 1000 domain succesfully.

Given the other errors reported, which seem to affect also WPML, I would suspect a faulty wordpress install. Especially considering the 1st error reported for WPML (you don’t have sufficient permission to access this page).

Are you using one of the latest version of wordpress? In any case, trying with a fresh install it should work fine.

GeoDirectory will delete it’s own custom tables after deleting the plugin from the plugin menu. It will not remove data entered in normal wordpress tables via the plugin (just like most wordpress plugin.)

    Thx.

I’ve never seen WPML say that before, and I’ve tested on 12 domains with a host of plugins/themes.

The data within the tables, or the tables? Because I can prove the contrary. What I mean is: uninstalling plugin and reinstalling – loads previously set default location data.

    Peace

Uninstalling only the plugin will remove nothing from your database.

    That is normal behaviour.

    Thx
