Deleting Plugin Deletes Files

    Hi, I am using WordPress 4.7.2 and the plugin Version 0.8.60. Every time I delete this plugin (from its Inactive status), my entire media library is deleted. Could you advise? Thanks.

  • Yes U experienced the same issue, I was having problems getting it to work so I thought I would delete and start again. all images, also the page I had linked the directory also disappeared. I would be good to know how to stop this. theme startright child and ver 4.7.3 wordpress

    We were not able to reproduce this issue, which makes us wonder if there may be a serious plugin conflict that we are not aware of. Can you please share what plugins you had installed on your websites when this happened?

    Looks like both sites have a similar plugin “Child Theme Configurator”

    We’ll take a look at this for possible conflcits regarding the issue with your media files.

    We’ve found a major bug here with and conflict with the Child Theme Configurator plugin. We’ve fixed it in or upcoming update. You can download it from GitHub if you like. It should be available on www.remarpro.com early next week.
