Deleting or resetting votes does not work.

  • In the Statistics tab there are the Reset and Delete functions. Both return a positive message when used, but the votes are neither reset nor deleted they remain unchanged.

    Please try to reset stats from your personal account on our site (“Statistics” page -> “Actions” button).

    I had already deleted the content in my account on the statistics page, which had no effect on the wordpress plugin. In my account overview at “Reports” all values are still displayed unchanged.
    It only works via the final deletion of the posts so that the statistical values disappear from the plugin and the “Reports”.

    Is it possible that the issue is related to caching? Did you try to drop all possible cache for the site?
