Deleting only one page cache

Hello
Is it possible to delete cache only for certain page or post??
I’ve set up “Update Post: Clear cache files when a post or page is updated”, but I don’t know why it doesn’t work. I’m editing page, then press Update button, and then check the content but browser shows cached page, not updated.

I don’t want to delete all cache.
