Deleting (last) template deletes SMTP-Settings

    Deleting the last created template deletes the SMTP settings as well.

    This is NOT reliable. And I need 100% reliability before I mail thousands of users.

    By the way: You should group you three created tables with the same prefix as all good plugins do.
