Deleting featured images but keeping featured post images?

  • Hi,

    A lot of my featured images are portrait and don’t work as landscape images. When you click on a blog post the feature images appears at the top with black on either side of the image.

    I would like to remove this top feature image and have the images start under my blog post title. However when I remove the featured image it removes the image from my featured content grid.

    Is there anyway to delete the featured image but still keep the images in the featured content grid?
