Deleting Category #’s

Under the category section afer my category it has a ( 1 ) after the name…is there anyway to comment out this action…I just want the title of the category and not the amount of posts…you can see what i’m talking about in my site below. Under categories
Home Employment Guide (1) ( I want to get rid of the (1) option )
