Deleting blog

  • Please can you tell me how to delete everything to do with the blog – comments, posts etc from all but the page where the blog resides.

  • The safest (but not best) way for this kind of thing is to manually do it. WP has bulk operation, the process is pretty much self explanatory, just follow the UI for each content that you want to delete in bulk.

    Make sure you have backup before start doing stuff.

    Where do I find this exact bit of content please. I am using Twenty Twelve. I have seen the page editor but am not sure where the exact content is.

    Just go to the main page for content that you want to manage.

    For example, you want to manage posts, go to admin page of all posts, then look at the top, you would see dropdown thingy for query and for bulk action.

    It’s hard to explain because it’s self explanatory.

    The manage thing in bulk is WP feature, so it doesn’t matter what theme you use.

    Also, don’t forget to make a backup before anything.

    Go to the hosters of your site and delete your domain.
