    Hello,

I’m using Jetpack since when I build my site. I’m not using side add-ons and etc. Also cause of plugin I’m having a lot of PHP errors.

For that reasons I would like to uninstall but biggest issue:

I don’t know which pages will be affected.

As I remember I was using image compare but I don’t know where i did.

I have more then 2000 post on my site and its impossible to find one by one.

any idea or help to fix that?

In fact plugin could be stay but I’m done to see errors every day.

    WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now for query SELECT option_value FROM wp8i_options WHERE option_name = 'jetpack_sync_full_status' LIMIT 1 made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action('shutdown'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_full_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Modules\Full_Sync_Immediately->get_status, Jetpack_Options::get_raw_option

    like that…

    Thank you for your support

    Hi @onurparlar

I took a look and your Jetpack connection looks great and I do not see any sync errors at the moment. Are you still having this issue?

    Hi?@onurparlar,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

    Hello @bruceallen

    Sorry for late answer.

I’m getting a lot of these errors.

    But it wasn’t my question.

I used image compare, slider and other stuff under served of Jetpack. Right now I’m planing to delete “JETPACK” and I don’t where I’ve used them.

I don’t have time to check more than 2500 articles cause of that reason is there any short way to determine them?

    Hi @onurparlar,

To identify where you’ve used specific Jetpack features like Image Compare and Slideshow blocks, you could use a search tool within your WordPress dashboard or a plugin that allows searching the contents of posts for specific codes or keywords like jetpack/image-compare or jetpack/slideshow that Jetpack uses for these blocks.

There are plugins available that can help you search through all your content for specific text, which would help you locate where you’ve used Jetpack-specific codes or keywords.

Hope this helps! Please let me know if you need further guidance or if you’d like to further troubleshoot the errors you see on your site.

    hello @tamirat22

    Hi there, @onurparlar,

It looks like you’re getting again the error you reported on your initial message.

There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. Let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that:

    • Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
    • Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Try a different browser
    • Try to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Twenty and see if the problem persists.
    • Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.
    • Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide.
    • Contact your hosting provider’s support to ensure that your MySQL server is set up correctly and is not causing this issue due to any server-side problems or limitations.

Let me know how you get on, and we’ll take it from there if necessary.

    Thank you @erania-pinnera

I tried all of it. main fix is cleaning transients.

Sometimes I’m still seeing same errors bu i don’t mind anymore cause when i check server php error log there is no errors on it.

I following them via Error Log plugin maybe it’s little bit sensitive ??

one advice; maybe you can add some flush thing to cleaning them periodically.

    Hi @onurparlar,

It sounds like you have fixed the problem. Can you confirm this to me?

    As for your suggestion:

You’re very welcome to create a suggestion on GitHub for our product and development teams’ attention: make sure to add as many details as possible, and I’m sure they’ll consider it ??
