    Hi!
Whenever I delete an order in WooCommerce an automatic refund is issued in Stripe. I would really like to stop this connection and rather create the refunds on the stripe website.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Hi @vrmannen ,

Simply navigate to the Advanced Settings page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout&section=stripe_advanced of the Stripe plugin and disable the Refund on Cancel option.

    Hi @mrclayton,

I don’t seem to have that page. I can go Woocommerce -> Payments -> Stripe Credit Cards.
But there I only have a few general settings (API, Credit Cards, Google Pay etc.) and some other things, no Advanced Settings.

    Where am I going wrong?

    Hi @vrmannen,

Are you using an older version of the plugin? Make sure you’re using the latest version which is 3.3.24.

    Kind Regards,
