Deleting all posting information.

Hi,
I am new to wordpress, but I seem to have a common problem. I want to make posts without having any author, dates or even the words published by. I want to publish posts blind. Is there a widget that can do this? I have looked around and I know this can be done by messing around with the code, which I just don’t want to touch as I am pretty sure I will mess up my site. Thanks in advance.
