Deleting All Instances Of An Email

  • Is there a way to identify where an email is across the whole website easily? And is there a way to remove or change that email on every instance it appears on the website?

    We’ve had many people change positions or leave the organization however their email is still listed in multiple places. Do I have to go page by page manually in order to do this, or is there something that can help the process?

    You might try the Better Search and Replace plugin. It’ll replace all instances of a string with another through out the entire DB. You may need to re-run the operation for every different email, but it’ll take care of all instances of it in one go.
