deleted_user_trashed in URL with 404 error when accessing profile

    The Ultimate Member plugin was great and working flawlessly. All of a sudden, the form disappeared from the registration page, so in digging, it was discovered that attempting to access any member’s profile from the directory returns a 404 error. and URL redirecting to folder /deleted_user_trashed/before user name. Also the registration form has disappeared from forms. I cannot access FTP as this is some kind of a theme service purchased by my client. I am just trying to help…

    Hi @tamanzink,

    This issue can be caused by theme/plugin conflicts, can you please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Please see our doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.
    How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    I thank you for your prompt reply. I should have written that I did that for plugin conflicts. There were none. However, I am unable to test theme as it is locked down by the client’s web hosting service and I cannot seem to access through FTP. I was going to try to overwrite the plugin files because the form for registration is missing and profile pages are returning that 404 error with that weird URL. The plugin was working great. Thanks again.
