Deleted wordpress URL

    Oh dear.

    After spending days installing wordpress and finally getting it running correctly on my site, in an attempt to remove the /wordpress/ subdomain from the URL I removed it in the settings menu. This immediately lost the settings page. Which was replaced with a 404 Not Found page, right in front of my eyes.

    Any suggestions welcome, do you think I need to reinstall? Or perhaps I’ve lost it forever… Typical, I was doing so well too.

    Please help.
