Deleted WordPress Posts still showing on blog page

I recently finished up a website on a development subdomain, and migrated it to its final domain.

After the migration I deleted a few blog posts from the wordpress back-end, and deleted them permanently from the trash, but the blog posts are still showing up in the blogs page of the site – gwdihw.co.uk/blog/. When you click the links (Test, Test 1 etc..) they throw up a 404 error.

A few things i’ve tried already:

1. Reverted to default permalinks, and then back to pretty permalinks.
2. Searched the database for instances of the URLs and replaced
3. Deleted browser cache after each attempt of removing them

All of these steps have still not deleted the blog posts.

Any other suggestions on how to rectify this would be a great help.
