Deleted users

Hi,

Are there any ways to allow admins to return a specific user’s votes to zero before locking/deleting him/her.

Limiting the voting capability to logged-in users is great, but in the case that the admin realizes that a user has abused the system or broken the terms of the site, it is essential for him/her to have the ability to remove the votes of the said abusive user.
